Shipping
- Flat-rate shipping — $9.95 per order via USPS (tracked), anywhere in the US.
- Delivery in 2 to 5 business days including handling, fully tracked. US addresses only for now.
- Subscriptions ship free on every order, regardless of value.
- US only. We currently ship to US addresses only — international is on the roadmap.
Returns
Straightforward, no games. Here's the whole policy:
- 30 days, unopened. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- How to start: go to your account page and hit Request return on the order. You'll get an RMA reference right away, then ship-back instructions with the return address once it's approved (usually within 1 business day).
- Shipping it back: you ship it with any carrier at your cost — USPS Ground Advantage is usually $4–6 for our products. Write the RMA on the outside of the box, keep your carrier receipt, and please don't ship anything before you have an RMA (unmarked packages can't be matched to an order).
- The refund: product price back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving. Original shipping isn't refundable, and banks can take another 3–5 days to show it.
- Tried it and it's not for you? Opened products can't be restocked, so they aren't returnable — but if a product genuinely isn't working for you, tell us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong item
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to kacper@tilthair.com and we'll ship a replacement immediately, no need to return the original.
